Week 9
Well since I am writing this late, I can tell you how I have felt this past 4 weeks. First, very tired, I have taken on a 3rd job so I can have extra for Christmas. This means I work from 9am to 9pm, often not getting home until 10 or after. Also, I have to get up at 6 a.m. to get my kids off to school and daycare. That leaves zero time to do any school work. Or sleep, or to do anything. I have actually taken a couple of days off to try and catch up and pass this class. If I have to take it again I will cry.
Week 8
I never noticed till now that no one has posted on my blog since I have started this. I don't think I knew we were supposed to post on other blogs. I would say people haven't posted on my blog because they are busy trying to do everything else, and this is probably last on their list.
Week 7
I didn't have my final done so I did not have a peer review. I think Peer review can be good if the person reviewing is good about how they give criticism. I think it is always helpful to have a second pair of eyes to check over your work.

Week 6
So here is a little over half way through class. This has always been the point where I fail class because I can't get my thoughts straight to do the big project. I have all my references and I know what I am writing about, it's just so hard for me to sit and put it all down. I really need to pass this class this semester. I believe this is the last time I can take it. Is anybody else having a hard time getting started? Maybe I am not the only one. Well I guess all I can do is go for it and see what happens.

Week 5
This is week five and now I am going down hill. This seems to be the point where I get stuck. I have all kinds of research done and I don't know what to put in my first draft, or even my discussion for this week. I have to be able to sit down with no kids and try and at least write a first draft and send it in to the Writing center to see if I am on the right track. 5 weeks to go. Wish me luck!

4th Week of Class
This week we have learned about APA format, Plagiarism, and In-text citations. I think it is very important to give someone credit for the hard work they have done in giving us information that we have looked and need in our classes. Plagiarism is the same as stealing, so it is important to give credit where credit is due. There are a few programs that help out with APA format. I always use my Microsoft Office, it also helps with in-text citation. Also if anyone has problems with this they can always ask the teacher or look in their KU Handbook.

3rd week of class
So here we are the 3rd week of class. So far it has been going very good. Not too much work that I feel overwhelmed. I am looking forward to the project I am working on and I feel if I keep up week to week I will have no problems creating an interesting, full and complete report that will earn me a better grade. I really like this blogging, it's a nice way to talk out what you are doing and feeling as the weeks go by, it's kinda like having a journal, just not a private one.
